The project is implemented through 6 distinct but interconnected Work Packages (WPs).

WP1: Data Collection & Analysis of the Existing Situation
Mapping the current situation in the field of climate resilience through data collection and analysis of technologies, tools and the institutional framework.

WP2: Decision-Support Model Specifications
Definition of the technical and functional requirements of the model, as well as the indicators and evaluation criteria.

WP3: Model Development
Design and development of the first integrated version of the model, incorporating data and parameters derived from real operational needs.

WP4: Pilot Application & Optimisation
Testing the model under real-world conditions, evaluating its performance and improving it through analysis and user feedback.

WP5: Exploitation & Sustainability
Exploration of the model’s exploitation potential, alignment with European standards and planning of its future development.

WP6: Project Coordination & Management
Overall project management, monitoring and quality assurance, as well as compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements.
